fkwIt looks that way. I have a group of 30 that I just went through and on the single color ones only the Hearts and Diamonds are red, the Clubs and Spades are black. On the red and black printed ones the photo area is red and rest of card is black on the Spades and Clubs. While the photo area is black and the rest of card red on the Hearts and Diamonds cards.
