Picked up an extremely rare movie poster and vhs of the movie King Kung Fu. It was filmed in Wichita in the 1974-1976 time frame but wasn’t released until 1987. This movie is pretty obscure if you could imagine so acquiring the tape let alone the poster was quite the score for me. So what does this have to do with baseball you might ask? Well there’s about a 3 minute scene where the Gorilla fights the minor league Wichita Aeros baseball team. There’s a baseball guy on the poster and tape as well.
