Please don't take what I say the wrong way, but people really don't wear that kind of jewelry much anymore. I think you're going to have a hard time selling them as cuff links. I think to make the most money, you'll have to remove the bezels and chains and show that the coins aren't damaged. If they're not, you can list them on eBay and get about $700 each. Then you could sell the bezels and chains for scrap. That would get you a little more than the $1500 you're hoping to net. But if the coins are damaged, then the whole thing isn't worth more than scrap value. Anyway, that's just what I'd do. Heck, if I knew the coins weren't damaged, I'd give you $1500.
