I've done business with bill numerous times - usually on behalf of my dad. Bill has almost always kept his word - and has always paid for consignment / sent cards that were purchased. However the communication is usually spotty and slow. Nonetheless, I never, ever fear that I won't be paid. Despite his flaws, Bill is trustworthy in my experience.
