I think people washing their hands, airlines diligence in wiping down areas, and hepafilters may help reduce transmission of germs, but there isnt any science to prove a correlation. It MUST be that the vax works AND the strain is weaker. Yea that's it!

Maybe that person wearing a mask in their car shouldn't be that concerning to you, as they are making a "personal decision". That term might sound familiar to you...
