Peter SpaethI assume you are being facetious but to be fair, at least Doug is being consistent -- he has stated his views on what they regard as alterations and what they regard as simply "preparation" that presumably does not need to be disclosed. Now some of us may disagree with the definitions, but at least we know what MIGHT have happened to any card we are considering buying. With others you don't even know that -- except perhaps with REA that says they don't do ANYTHING to prepare cards for submission.
