Ebay is probably your best bet, it will turn up, they all do eventually. I am missing many issues in the 1920s and that is one of them. I only need them for the advertisements of m113 and m114 posters, so if I find one, I'll aim it at you after I scan any ads I need.
Do you collect the magazines, or is there just something specific to that issue you are looking for?
