In the small potatoes department...

I am slowly putting together a 1972 high numbers set in PSA 9, with qualifiers accepted when the card looks pretty fine to me or is just too frickin' expensive to find in a straight 9. That's where the
#673 Dave Marshall comes into play. It is a
Ceiling Fan - an off-centered card where the image is pushed up toward the top edge, but since it has a very low pop in the 9 category, I was eager to grab him and knock it off of my list. Immediately after the auction ended, the only other PSA 9 listed on eBay (also with the OC qualifier and nearly identically centered) was gobbled up at a BIN that was almost twice as much as what I paid, so buying this one proved to be a good move. They don't come up for sale too often.
And I also picked up the
#754 Frank Robinson Traded PSA 9 OC, which isn't too badly off-centered at all. It is available for trade for anyone interested.
