I agree Barry. Oh well.

I guess the "Sheet Cut" designation is ONLY given when PSA KNOWS for a FACT that someone cut a particular card from a sheet RECENTLY.

I guess this would be evidenced by:

1) The card measures PERFECT, but

2) The edges show evidence of RECENT cutting.
