Summer of 2007 is the first issue, has Mantle on the cover. It will be a quarterly issue. Tonight I met up with great local dealer I do a lot of business with. He had never seen it and thought it may be better than the SMR in some aspects because it shows value on lower cards such as 2's and 3's. As a dealer he finds this more usefull than needing the price on a 8 or 9 Cobb.
