I've had some dealing with this seller. I have gotten most of the stuff I ordered from him, but I have had a few things missing, but nothing significant.
I don't think it's an honesty problem, I think it's an efficiency problem.
I haven't bought anything from him in awhile. If he came up with something I really wanted I would buy again, but I would try to keep any order small and very easy to fulfill. That way if there was an issue, it should be easy to get straightened out.
