I agree that it can be difficult to distinguish the variations. Sometimes there are clear examples of all three, B, D, and B&D, but there also many cards that are some blend of all. I'm going to remove a qualifier on the list for Miller. Here are 2 I have...a Polar Bear with the B, and an HLC with the D.
