It's not a good time to submit for grading. If you can wait it out, you're probably best off doing so. If you have something you urgently need to sell, and want to maximize your return, then I suppose it's time to make the tough decisions and perhaps bite the bullet. It won't be timely or cheap.
But if it's a decision just for your own collection, patience is a definite virtue.
