Sum of the parts is always greater than the whole, unless you can attach provenance of some sort, perhaps.

And if you need to pay bills, spending more money to complete it is the wrong direction to go anyway, even if you think there may be some added value, ...but I am assuming an urgency to the bill paying that may not be there.
