I am sorry about your misfortune but unfortunately, ebay plays GOD and plays it well. When they suspended me for shill bidding with another collector who they thought was me, I would have been completely stuck if it wasn't for a lawyer who knew a lawyer at ebay. There is no recourse once the moron sending you the support mails from ebay deems you are wrong. It is unbelievable.
