Bob is right on.

If you are looking for Detroit Currency in particular, there are two versions, 1887 and 1888 (only the date changes, the player portraits remain the same). The 1887 are about 2-3 times more common than 1888 and collectors seem to have taken notice as they typically go for a little more than the 1887 versions. The ad can sometimes add value if it is of particular interest. Best of luck in your pursuit.
