JT Burchfieldthis could happen to anyone anywhere, including a National .Say you have 3 beers and drive off , you may not be drunk but at an 0.8, it would be enough to put you in this same situation if you killed someone and you may have not thought that you were impaired enough to have another driver drive....well bad luck could be on your side that day, be careful.
Beer tastes bad, costs money, and impairs your ability to do simple things like drive. Many rational people make the conscious choice to avoid such situations. It cannot happen to "anyone anywhere."
