Final product created. Thank you for everyone providing their input. I went with a velcro adhesive, that's what the gallery people advised. I have adhesive remover, so if I needed to remove it later I should be able to get it off with a little elbow grease.
I had another thread running about ribbon patterns and meanings. I had two unknown ribbons from my father that I knew were associated with ROTC. They were significant of Receiving a ROTC Scholarship, and the other was for being in the national top 5-10% of Demonstrated Leadership Excellence.
