Joe_G.Some great looking score cards. While I don't collect Detroit Tiger items (too new), I sure do like those earlier copies. Very nice.
Here are a pair of Detroit Wolverine vs Boston Beaneaters scorecards from July 13th & 14th, 1887. Detroit's Pretzel Getzien would lose to Madden on the 13th (4 to 12) but Larry Twitchell would better Radbourn on the 14th (7 to 4) keeping the Wolverines ahead of the pack. The Wolverines would go on to hold 1st place from the start to end of the season, a National League first.
