TimI was one of the eighteen victims of the PSA scam which resulted in the arrest of Cyrus Stivers and they are still looking for the key suspect (Jose Hernandez) involved in counterfeiting PSA cards and then contacting buyers through Ebay ultimately selling them using C.O.D. I'm told the amount that was close if not in excess of $1 million. I'm interested to hear from anyone who has contacted Joe Orlando at PSA and when was he notified. This scam started around May 2008 and continued until this point when Stivers was arrested in California. The cards were counterfeited in Mexico by Hernandez and then past to Stivers who would contact prople sending them scans of these cards and using the C.O.D. method to collect. I would appreciate any information about when Joe Orlando was notified and who contacted him.
