AaronI collect pre-1970 major league baseball memorabilia with an emphasis on pre-WWII memorabilia (programs, pennants, tickets, unused baseballs, pinbacks, game used jerseys and caps, and other various odds and ends), with a smattering of cards and unopened wax packs.
I sort of arbitrarily picked pre-1970 since that's about when flannel jerseys were replaced by knit jerseys and baseball stadiums as cookie-cutter monstrosities with astroturf became the norm. As my collecting tastes have been sharpened over the past few years, I've found myself focusing more and more on pre-WWI items. (This place must be rubbing off on me.)
I frequent here, incidentally, since this is about as close to a vintage baseball memorabilia community as you are going to find on the Internet. (Thanks to them I damn near bought a Ju Ju Drum in last month's Mastronet auction.)
