A few years back we wrote an article for Gridiron Greats. That highlighted the dairy issues. Scott contributed the info on the Fairmont Dairy and I the Jones Dairy. There are lots of nice pictures. Credit Scott for breaking the code on "black" vs "red" printing. The "black" are on low fat milk and seem to be more difficult to obtain that the "red", not that any are easy.
