Scott I wish you the best of luck in running your auctions the way you described. Most do not understand how hard it really is as a business owner to stay completely ethical. As a life long business owner I would estimate 10% at the absolute most stay ethical during the time they run/own their business.
If I was closer I would love to attend one of your auctions. I know the one BST transaction we had went perfect.
