The grace from this difficult time is knowing that Bill's lifetime devotion to helping others will be justly celebrated. Out of respect for Bill's passing we will be suspending the offering of the remaining items from his personal collection in our August auction. Bill Russell stands as one of the greatest champions in the history of sport and a towering figure within the Civil Rights movement. He was also a generous, kind, and intellectual man whose sense of humor was on point.
