eBay can't possibley check every auction that gets listed, but I am sure there was more than one person that emailed eBay that that these items were not meant to be offered to the public. eBay is constantly warned about illegal and fraudulent items, but never does anything about them. I am sure that they hot on pirated music and movie discs becuase they have been threated with law suits by the major studios. Sadly, the little guys like go ignored when we point out things.
