Marshall, next time you talk to Joe tell him you and I are very good friends, then let me know how the conversation goes. I completely disagree with everything in your original post here, sorry, just personal experience. I have no issue with you though and would gladly deal with you. Actually, from personal experience, I feel Joe is the complete opposite of what you stated unless he has recently changed. If so, tell him to send me my legal fees he owes me.
