dennisi had this happen to me march 1st. paypal sent me an email and gave me 10 days to respond to paypal about the buyers complaint.if within that time frame you do not respond to either offer a refund, partial refund or dispute buyers claim.they would decide in favor of the buyer.it would seem to me that you did not respond to the email sent to you by paypal. my case is still under review as of today march 12th.check you old emails? they do want a delivery confirmation with all sent merchandise. and yes david is right! there are some devious folks out there.
