I love this set. You are correct, it is a very difficult set to find. Even the common players. I've been working on my Orioles set for nearly 40 years. I'm missing four from 1970 and one from 1971. I've personally found the lower numbers show up more than the higher numbers. Unfortunately, many O's are in the 150 number range.
There are 13 Orioles in the 1970 set and 2 Orioles in the 1971 set.
