I don't know of any sites that have the pictures you are looking for. When I am researching rings, I use google search (including the web section and the image section).
Sometimes, if a ring has landed in an auction house, I will get a hit on it.
You can also contact the Soccer hall of fame (if there is one). I know the Baseball HOF and Pro Football HOF both have exhibits of every single champioship ring from their sport.
