T206 Museum: this is the link you can use to report internet fraud to the FBI. The unit is called the Internet Crime Complaint Center, also known as "IC3".

I would think a $30K scam will get their attention. You might want to get the seller's name and contact information from eBay first, if you can. Try eBay's "live help" feature. Also, try to save the seller's auction before it gets pulled ... not sure how you do that.
