Pretty simple in my mind now, if you have weakened immune system you should wear a good KN95 mask around lots of people. The risks for a bad outcome (hospitalization or death) with the latest variants are even lower now than before, so if you're vaxxed and boosted no mask needed.

Do you consider long COVID a bad outcome? A lot of that out there even from milder cases.
