If we go ahead with this, everybody, I need to know a few questions answered:
1.) do we restrict this to players only, or should anybody in the Hall be included?
2.) do we split this into two threads, or do one on the main forum. That would mean cards from after 1940 being shared on this board, and I want to know how everybody feels about it, at least for this one idea.
3.) should we include the players I listed? Joe Jackson, Hal Chase and Pete Rose likely won't ever be in Canton, but we're talking about three greats of the game. I don't condone what they did, but from the perspective of a collector, they are all giants within the hobby.
