Well my sister did at his bar one night.
I tried and tried over the years but I could never get lucky enough to see or meet him. My sister said that she was going to go there and I said, well here is a photo and some 3x5's...maybe if you see him in the bar? She said she would try.
So, she went one night and he was sitting at a table. She ran to the car, got the photo and a few 3x5's. She asked if he could sign the photo for her brother. According to her, he was a bit apprehensive and nervous. After talking to him, he said, "I wish I could practice before signing the photo.
She put 2 3x5's down on the table and said, "You can practice on these if you want!" Well, he did. Then he signed the photo. I remember her telling me his son wasn't too happy about it all but nothing he could really do.
This was in the late 1990's...'98 or so.
