Yes they do. I don't know what the maximum thickness is for their recessed holders. I have 2 that I sent one Upper Deck which wasn't very thick and one Fleer that standard Memorabilia card thickness. There is a little movement on the Fleer card as the recess is a little deeper than the card. The best feature of the recessed holders is that the gasket doesn't touch the cards if that was ever a concern for anyone.
