Not really looking for any additional support - just thought that if Wilson's is worth advertising, then it's also worth talking about what a farce they are.
I'll wait until after resolution (or non-resolution), as I'm still discussing with them, and then I'll start a new thread about this auction house, which at the moment I don't think deserves any additional participation from any of us.

I would call it mistakes happen in life, I guess people cant be perfect like you expect. What do you want them to do, get the item back and give it to you?
