Hi Scott! They are all game used major league flannel pants. As far as prices of the other stuff, I was thinking $60 postpaid for the Old Comiskey slat; $95 postpaid for the game used 70's Phoenix Suns shorts, $90 postpaid for the old Yankee Stadium Aisle Marker #206 (it is not from Wrigley), 1970's Padres large cloth banner from Wrigley $310 postpaid.
