Based on budget, displayability, and personal interest, I've moved to something else over the past few months. And that is original/Type I photos of baseball personalities I like wearing a bow tie. As I wear a bow tie to work every day, this really resonates with me. So on this thread, I'll post my pickups. I have a few that I need to take pics or, but I'll get them up asap and continue to update this thread.

The first one I bought (two years ago) is a great photo of Branch Rickey.


Tris Speaker in the 50's (he's kind of covering up his bow tie, but it's there).


Here is the most recent one I got, Ty Cobb in '58.
This is awesome.. love that Cobb. Are you going to post a photo of yourself with a bow tie on? We need to know where this passion originated do we not??
