My Dad worked for the Ford plant in Mahwah,NJ from 1958(?) to 1980. In 1978 he brought home uncut sheets of Topps cards that were used as packing material for some car parts. The sheets were printed in 1 direction, then run through the press agian, but turned 180 degrees. Why? No idea. I think he brought home 2 sheets. Being an avid collector but just 15 years old, I thought they were neat. Then I threw them in the garbage.
