Anyone familiar with these?

I have a few Tobin lithographs which I guess are kind of similar, but had never seen these before. I thought the cartoon images were pretty funny and ended up winning this ebay auction earlier tonight.
Anyway, if anybody has any clue about these I would be interested in more info.
