They mostly squeak by on the way they word things. If it is their opinion on something, as much as many folks on this board think they are legally liable somehow, they probably aren't. We know it's a farce but it's hard to convict someone for having an opinion even if they are almost always wrong. I would venture to guess the FBI has given them a look.
