Neat little 7/8" dia. pinback. Back reads "PICAYUNE CIGARETTES, FACTORY NO.3, DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, PHELPS & SONS MFG. CO., NEWARK, N.J.. Very nice condition. Asking $12 delivered. Thanks.
