List updated. I have put *NAV* next to the ones that I have duplicate for being offered in the other thread. I did this to avoid confusion over which card people were asking about, but if you have already seen the card/price and are interested in any of the *NAV* cards, just let me know - they are all for sale, just not here, in order to avoid confusion.
