Well, I feel smarter for having purchased this.
We had a fire three nights ago - the unit one floor up and across the hall is no more, and the unit directly across from me and several others are the victims of water damage. Mine survived unscathed, cards and other collectibles everywhere, in various stages of shipping, etc.
Wouldn't have taken much and I would be royally screwed. Feeling pretty lucky.
