That is exactly how I feel. T206s were sort of my first taste with prewar cards, but I was soon drawn to more "unique" items. The 206s are a beautiful set, but they are all over the place and began to feel "too common" for me. Stuff like the Cravats pennants, E125s, or an oddball trade card certainly excite me far more than a rare back on a 206.
That said, I certainly am not knocking anyone else's taste or collecting preferences. I just prefer stuff a little rarer, a little more oddball. I'm sure a lot of 206 collectors would think my stuff is junk
