Highland mint made plaques or something with little wood slices, and some coin type things. When they started offering the sawdust I thought it was silly, but also a creative way of squeezing every last bit of use out of whatever they were cutting up.

And I hate that they cut that stuff up -Assuming any of it was real.

I have a nice piece of ash out in the wodshop, when I make something out of it I'd be happy to send along some sawdust or half inch squares thin enough to put on a card........

I did use wood from the first christmas tree my wfe and I had to make ornaments for family, and they were quite popular.
