I have thought about these marks all day at work and have come to the conclusion that they where put on the cards for cutting alignment. You would only need the one on top of the stack to have them. You could actually print several of them out then remove the mark off the plate and print the sheets out.
I may be way out in left field though on this thinking. I know many of you have a lot more knowledge of the T206's than I do.
