Condition isn't too much of an issue as long as they mostly resemble a card. I would prefer authenticated examples although I would definitely entertain raw examples if guaranteed to pass certification.
Rube Marquard seems to be relatively common due to his longevity, but I like him so I'd love one of his if it popped up.
