Neal, That was the right thing to do.

I once listed an item that was suppose to start at .99 but instead I accidently listed as Buy It Now for .99. Item was worth about $100.

A buyer picked it up within 5 minutes after I listed it. An obvious mistake on my part but the buyer insisted that I send it to him which I did.

We all make mistakes but the seller and buyer need to work things out. Leaving a negative feedback or insisting that the seller send the item at a ridiculous price just isn't right.
