Agree with the $150 - $200 range. The photo does not show the entire fob. Often, the buckle portion of the fob would separate or become detached over time.
If the fob is complete with the buckle in tact, figure the value closer to $200. If the buckle is missing or somehow compromised, figure the value closer to $150.
