If you look at their grading standards posted on their websites, PSA is actually more lenient on centering.

PSA 9: "Centering must be approximately 60/40 to 65/35."
SGC 96 (9): "60/40 or better centering."

PSA 8: "Centering must be approximately 65/35 to 70/30."
SGC 88 (8): "65/35 or better centering."

PSA 7: "Centering must be approximately 70/30 to 75/25."
SGC 84 (7): "70/30 or better centering"
